YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

  • Strategic overall responsibility for product development and innovation management
  • Management of development and innovation projects from idea to market launch
  • Leadership and further development of the product development and quality management team
  • Independent implementation of innovation projects to expand the product range
  • Ensuring compliance with food law and customer-specific requirements (IFS, HACCP)

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed degree in food technology (university/university of applied sciences) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in product development and innovation management in the food industry, ideally in the beverage sector or with a strong focus on fresh products (e.g., milk and dairy products)
  • Assertive, communicative leadership personality with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Structured and implementation-oriented way of working, entrepreneurial thinking, high initiative, and sense of responsibility
