Your Role

We are seeking a full-time IT Consultant SAP Finance and Controlling (m/f/d) to join our team. This role offers flexible, full-remote work with occasional on-site presence in Helmbrechts (between Hof and Bayreuth).

Your Responsibilities

• Support and further develop existing functions in SAP FI, SAP CO, and SAP PS in an international environment.
• Manage connected add-ons with an eye for optimization potential.
• Provide support and continuous optimization of the existing system landscape.
• Gather requirements from specialist departments, design suitable solutions, and implement them independently, including developing new functionalities.
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously develop business processes within the SAP FI/CO environment.
• Perform customizing in modules FI (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting), CO (e.g., Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing), and PS.
• Create functional concepts and technical specifications.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration (BWL), or a completed apprenticeship as an Application Developer (Fachinformatiker).
• Alternatively, career changers with relevant experience as an IT Consultant for SAP FI/CO applications are welcome.
• Several years of professional experience as an IT Consultant for SAP FI/CO applications.
• Experience with SAP, particularly SAP FI/CO and SAP R3; ideally also with S4/Hana.
• Sound project management experience.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and experience with IDocs, RFCs, and interfaces.
• Proficiency in German (min. C1) and English (min. C1), both written and spoken.
