Social Pedagogue, Educator, or Residential Care Teacher, full-time, starting as soon as possible in Saarbrücken.\n\n### Responsibilities\n\n* Information, consultation, guidance, and support in the daily lives of individuals with mental, physical, or intellectual disabilities.\n* Information, consultation, guidance, and support for individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.\n* Assistance in various life areas (especially housing, finances, work, social aspects) and in overcoming/mitigating social difficulties.\n* Anamnesis, care planning, and documentation of care.\n* Liaison with accompanying support services and referral to further assistance.\n* Assistance with daily errands and home visits.\n* Collaboration with the commissioning social security agency and other authorities, particularly job centers, state social welfare offices, probation services, doctors, and clinics, etc.\n* Correspondence with the provider's cooperation partners.\n\n### Qualifications\n\n* Professional qualification as a Social Worker B.A./M.A. (m/f/d), Dipl.
