Your Responsibilities:
- Sales with a Development Focus: You will develop and be responsible for sales strategies for the German market.
- End-to-End Sales: You will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closing.
- Substantive Project Work: You will guide your customers through all relevant phases and contribute your expertise in mobility solutions, technology, and contract models.
- Shaping Growth: You will identify potential, develop smart offering strategies, and actively drive scaling.
- Structure & Transparency: You will work cleanly in the CRM (HubSpot) and ensure clear sales documentation.
- Teamwork: You will observe market trends, contribute new ideas, and work closely with internal teams on innovations.
This Job is for You If...
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience (ideally in SaaS, Tech, or Mobility).
- You are eager to take on responsibility and are comfortable with longer sales cycles.
- You are communicative, enjoy presenting, and can inspire people.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and independent manner.
- You love digital products and can explain them clearly.
- You are comfortable with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
- You speak very good German and English.
- You are willing to travel.
