A subsidiary based in Berlin is responsible for the AI transformation. It develops modern, AI-supported solutions (e.g., Conversational AI, RPA, data analysis) with which the financial transactions of the future are shaped - efficiently, humanly, and digitally. The solutions developed here are now to be offered to the market.

In this context, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager AI (m/f/d) starting immediately.

These tasks can be performed almost entirely remotely.

Your Tasks

You will be involved in these exciting tasks:

• Manage complex AI projects: You will lead demanding AI and digitalization initiatives - from the initial idea to successful rollout.
• Translate customer requirements precisely: You will transform business needs into clear technical concepts, project plans, and decision-making bases.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams: You will lead data scientists, engineers, IT specialists, and product managers in a common direction.
• Ensure project goals: You will confidently keep an eye on budget, timeline, and quality, ensuring smooth project progress.
• Identify risks early: You will analyze potential stumbling blocks, develop suitable measures, and keep projects on the path to success.
• Strategically involve stakeholders: You will work closely with executives and decision-makers and create transparency at all levels.
• Build structures and processes: You will design project frameworks, optimize standards, and drive the professional scaling of our organization.
• Further develop AI product strategy: You will contribute your expertise to help shape our AI solutions and enable new digital business models.

Your Profile

This is how you convince us and our clients:

• Sound education: You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of PM expertise: You have at least five to seven years of experience in project management, ideally in AI, IT, or software organizations.
• Deep AI understanding: You are familiar with Machine Learning, LLMs, modern data architectures, and cloud environments and can confidently place them within projects.
• Proficient in agile methods: You work routinely with Scrum or Kanban and are equally comfortable with classic project models.
• Strong communication: You convince with clear language, professional presentations, and the ability to convey complex issues understandably.
• Analytical and solution-oriented: You think structurally, recognize patterns, and develop suitable solutions even in challenging situations.
• High self-responsibility: You act independently, show assertiveness, and focus on customer orientation.
• Valuable certifications: You ideally have proof such as PMP, IPMA, or Scrum Master, which further underscore your professionalism in project management.
• Good German and English skills: You communicate effortlessly in German and English.
