Your Responsibilities
- Digital Transformation: Drive the modernization and digital transformation of HR processes in companies, specifically in the area of SAP Payroll.
- Conception and Configuration: Take care of the conceptual preparation and configuration of SAP Payroll consulting projects and resolve errors in the classic follow-up activities of payroll.
- SAP Payroll System Landscape: Support the SAP Payroll system landscape, contribute ideas for further development, and assist in the transition from HCM on Premise to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Project Responsibility: Quickly take on project responsibilities with your expertise and develop both professionally and interdisciplinarily.
Your Profile
- Education and Experience: You have a university degree in a STEM field, business administration, or a vocational training with relevant professional experience.
- SAP Experience: You have several years of professional experience in implementing SAP modules such as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, or Organizational Management.
- Technical Know-how: You have experience in the conception, maintenance, and restructuring of the SAP payroll schema.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll: Experience with SuccessFactors Payroll is advantageous but not mandatory. We will provide you with appropriate training.
- Communication Skills and Goal Orientation: You think across modules, possess strong communication skills, and can communicate effectively with different target groups.
- Knowledge Transfer: You enjoy sharing your knowledge internally and externally with our clients, thereby creating added value.
- Drive and Willingness to Learn: You are eager to continuously learn and grow with us.
- Willingness to Travel: Project-related travel and good German language skills complete your profile.
