About the Role:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain initial practical experience in strategic procurement? Then this role is perfect for you! As a working student, you will support our Procurement Development Team with operational tasks related to annual negotiations and gain deep insights into cross-departmental processes of an internationally operating company.

Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation and analysis of reports and figures for supplier discussions (e.g., revenue losses, market analyses, KPI evaluations)
• Creation of presentations for meetings with external partners
• Organization of appointments and coordination between different stakeholders
• Maintenance of internal data lists and processing of tickets (e.g., discount maintenance, vendor numbers)
• Support with calculations in the context of price negotiations

About You:

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business Administration or Healthcare Management.
• You have a passion for numbers, data, and procurement topics.
• You can present information in a structured and understandable manner.
• You enjoy working independently and efficiently – even remotely.
