We are REHAVISTA, a member of the Smartbox Group. We support children and adults with motor and speech impairments to participate in life and thus make their everyday lives easier. By providing communication aids and other assistive devices, we give people back a piece of their quality of life. With around 170 colleagues (e.g., therapists, consultants, or technicians), we are present locally - throughout Germany.

Your Responsibilities Include...

• Administration and support of cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure including AzureAD, Teams, Exchange Online) as well as virtualization solutions and cloud storage.
• Customization and development of simple applications and interfaces.
• Configuration and maintenance of hosted and local servers with Microsoft and Linux operating systems, as well as network components of cross-site networks.
• Administration of databases and e-mail systems.
• Configuration and maintenance.
• Participation in IT projects, such as analyzing hardware and software problems and deriving optimization measures.
• User, access, and license management, such as authorizations or rights management in deployed systems.
• Ensuring IT, data, and information security through continuous testing and implementation of appropriate security measures.
• Support in in-house support for user care via the internal (IT) hotline and in the ticketing system, including service management (dispatching, prioritization, monitoring).
• Needs planning and procurement of IT infrastructure, monitoring of clients/mobile devices (Microsoft Intune, other RMM tools), and inventory of all IT assets.

What You Bring...

• Completed IT-oriented training or studies, alternatively a career change with demonstrably sound professional experience in the mentioned IT topics.
• Comprehensive knowledge in device management with Microsoft Intune/Entra and other Microsoft 365 administration tools, as well as experience in administering Microsoft servers.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Python, and database knowledge in SQL, MySQL.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written) as well as at least good English language skills.
• High IT affinity and openness to technical innovations.
• Strong self-organization and communication skills.
• Quick comprehension of complex technical, functional, and logistical contexts.
• Openness and willingness to collaborate with cross-site teams; partly internationally within the group.
• Proactive and service-oriented approach, especially when dealing with users and interface partners.
• Willingness for regular on-site presence and occasional travel to other locations.
