About the Role

REMCI Finance GmbH, an innovative and independent insurance, financing, and real estate broker based in Rödermark, is seeking a dedicated Insurance Clerk (m/f/d) for internal services. In this position, you will support us in advising and looking after our clients, processing insurance applications, and maintaining and managing client portfolios. Responsibilities

• Advising and looking after clients on insurance matters via phone and email
• Processing insurance applications and contracts
• Creating individual insurance solutions for our clients
• Support with claims settlement and processing
• Maintaining and updating client data in the system

Qualifications

• Completed training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the insurance sector, ideally in internal services
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Confident use of MS Office and common insurance tools
• Teamwork skills and ability to work independently
