Your Role##\n\nAs an RPA Developer (m/w/d) within our Information Technology department, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing automation solutions using UiPath Studio. You will collaborate closely with business units to analyze processes, create automation specifications, and implement workflows, queues, assets, and libraries in the UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring stable and scalable solutions.\n\n## Responsibilities##\n\n- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation solutions with UiPath Studio.\n- Analyze processes in close cooperation with business units, document them, and create corresponding automation specifications.\n- Implement workflows, queues, assets, and libraries in the UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring stable and scalable solutions.\n- Create clear and understandable documentation for developed RPA solutions according to specified guidelines.\n- Consistently adhere to security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the development process.\n- Systematically address, analyze, resolve, and transparently document solutions for 3rd level support incidents.\n- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation processes and participate in the advancement of our standards and best practices in the RPA environment.\n- Evaluate and integrate new UiPath functionalities such as Document Understanding or AI Center into existing solutions.\n- Undertake defined development tasks in agile projects (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborate closely with your team.\n\n## Your Profile##\n\n- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, a comparable apprenticeship, or relevant professional experience in software development or process automation.\n- Profound knowledge in developing automation solutions with UiPath.\n- Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes, with a good sense for automation potential.\n- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and experience working according to defined development standards.\n- Initial exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.\n- A structured and solution-oriented approach to technical requirements, always keeping the big picture in mind.\n- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and interest in new technologies in the automation field.\n- Engagement, team spirit, and a meticulous, quality-conscious work approach.\n- Confident communication in German (written and spoken) and good English skills for professional use.\n- Ideally, a fundamental understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases (SQL), and interface integration.\n\n## What We Offer##\n\n- Diverse and responsible tasks.\n- Performance-oriented remuneration.\n- Excellent social benefits.\n- Attractive professional environment with individual development opportunities.\n- Modern corporate culture.\n- Flexible, hybrid working time models with home office options.
