Teamleiter Applikationsmanagement Energie (m/w/d)
Your Role & Responsibilities
As the Team Lead for Application Management Energy (m/f/d), you will take on responsibility for a dedicated team, bringing your leadership strength, IT expertise, and passion for innovation into a future-oriented environment. This role is available full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) starting April 1, 2026, at our Cologne location.
Your Tasks:
- You will provide disciplinary leadership and develop your team based on our corporate values and leadership principles.
- You will develop the strategy and organization of your area of responsibility and implement it together with your team.
- You will foster teamwork, self-responsibility, and open, trusting collaboration. You actively shape changes, processes, structures, and working conditions – always with a view to a positive working atmosphere.
- You will identify qualification needs and ensure targeted development of your employees. You will ensure that your team possesses all the necessary competencies for the development, operation, and enhancement of our IT solutions.
- You will bring technological trends and innovations into practice and anchor them sustainably within your team.
Your Profile:
- A completed Master's degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in IT – ideally with leadership experience.
- High commitment, structured working methods, and economic thinking.
- Customer, process, and solution orientation, as well as organizational talent.
- Experience with agile organizational and leadership forms.
- Know-how in project management – whether classic or agile – and in managing IT service providers.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL.
- Understanding of the business processes of an energy supplier, especially in the planning, construction, and maintenance of energy and water networks.
- Experience in operating productive application systems – ideally with SAP S/4HANA or GIS.
