Your Tasks
As a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d), you will:
- Be responsible for Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) -- E-Commerce DACH & Balkan. Your focus will be on expanding existing customer relationships and building new partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with sales, internal teams, and international EMEA experts to achieve optimal results.
- Design innovative and future-oriented customer solutions, including state-of-the-art technologies like AI.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of customer projects, including the coordination of offshore and nearshore teams.
- Represent our client and its solutions convincingly in presentations, at events, and in podcasts.
Your Profile
Our client is a perfect fit for you if you:
- Have several years of experience as a Senior Business Development Manager, ideally in the BPO sector or through a career/education in E-Commerce.
- Have proven expertise in dealing with demanding customers and complex accounts.
- Convince with a confident demeanor at all hierarchical levels up to C-level.
- Are sales-oriented and have experience in targeted outreach to relevant contacts.
- Have very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing.
- Are interested in modern technologies (especially AI) and their application in practical solutions.
- View occasional business trips (within the DACH region and the Balkans) as a welcome change.
