IT Operations Specialist (m/w/d) - Verl

Requirements

Must have:

• You have a degree in business informatics, information technology, or equivalent
• You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Azure, C#)
• You're a team player, result-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges
• You know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders, and you speak English fluently
• You are curious, self-driven, and willing to grow with the team and the company

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations)
• Handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution time
• Ensure the availability of critical applications and components
• Report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment
• Support debugging at source-code level and contribute to testing activities
• Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support the further development of our applications
