With our modern trading platform, we provide private and institutional clients with reliable, transparent, and technologically state-of-the-art access to global financial markets. To build our internal finance team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who enjoys combining accounting processes, regulatory requirements, and financial accuracy in an innovative FinTech environment. Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting activities of a regulated financial service provider
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB in cooperation with external tax advisors and auditors
• Preparation, compilation, and review of regulatory reports (e.g., BaFin, Bundesbank) within the scope of reporting
• Maintenance and reconciliation of accounts, as well as monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments
• Support during internal and external audits (annual financial statement audit, compliance, internal audit)
• Involvement in the optimization and digitalization of accounting and reporting processes
• Close collaboration with adjacent departments such as Compliance, Risk, Business Operations, and Controlling

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting/controlling
• Practical experience in financial accounting and/or reporting, preferably in the financial or banking sector
• Basic knowledge of HGB and interest in regulatory topics (e.g., BaFin reporting, financial supervision)
• Very meticulous, structured, and reliable way of working
• Affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
