Responsibility

• Holistic processing of current accounting -- from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger accounting
• Checking, assigning, and booking all incoming and outgoing invoices
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable accounts
• Processing payment transactions and independently handling the dunning process
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
• Booking of provisions, accruals, and internal allocations
• Exchange with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Participation in project controlling and finance projects related to digitalization & process optimization

Qualifications

• Commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification; further training as a Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in) is a plus
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Confident use of accounting software; DATEV knowledge is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of HGB accounting standards
• Structured, reliable way of working and strong initiative
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
