Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (m/w/d)

Salary: EUR 70,000 - 80,000

Role:

The company is undergoing a digital transformation, currently developing CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize marketing, sales, and service processes.

Responsibilities:

• You will develop innovative solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Service) -- approx. 60% of your time
• You will conduct code reviews, collaborate with the team in India, and develop common standards -- approx. 30%
• You will create technical concepts for exciting business requirements
• You will integrate Dynamics into the existing enterprise landscape, including Azure Integration Services
• You will take over areas previously managed by external service providers and actively shape them
• You will ensure code quality, testing, and documentation, and ensure robust, maintainable solutions

Qualifications:

• You have several years of experience (approx. 5 years) with Dynamics 365 CE (Cloud)
• You are proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and Power Automate
• You have experience with the Power Platform and Azure Services
• You think analytically, enjoy working in a team, and have a strong customer orientation
• You speak very good German and good English
