Role

Design & Operation of the Network Landscape: Operate and maintain our IT infrastructure (On-Premise & Cloud: Microsoft, Fortinet, Extreme) in accordance with standards, security, and corporate strategy.
Ensure Stable Infrastructure: Through reliable administration, troubleshooting, and standardized maintenance processes (Lifecycle/Release Management).
Develop Network & Global Support: Structured optimization of the network landscape, including our international locations.
Technology Consulting & Innovation: Actively advise on new requirements and contribute current IT trends while adhering to governance.
Proactive Problem and Change Management: Ensure networks remain performant, secure, and future-proof.
Close Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues from IT, projects, and international locations to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable qualification, ideally with network administration experience.
Sound knowledge of network technologies: LAN, WLAN, WAN/VPN, Internet, NAC, Firewall, Cloud Networking, DNS, DHCP, Routing.
Experience in IT Security: Monitoring, Client/Server Security, Security Software, Cybersecurity, Access Management.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic IT environment.
