Your Responsibilities

• Independently plan, prepare, and execute construction projects in civil engineering and road construction.
• Monitor costs, ensure quality, and adhere precisely to deadlines.
• Create professional measurements and invoices for services rendered.
• Lead the deployed personnel confidently and motivate your team.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies as a civil engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable construction technical qualification.
• Practical experience in the construction industry is desirable and advantageous.
• You convince with strong leadership and communication skills.
• An independent, structured, and entrepreneurial way of working characterizes you.
• Resilience, reliability, and high commitment are a matter of course for you.
