Responsibilities
- Co-shaping the sales strategy for newly defined market segments: Military/Defence/Aerospace
- Identifying potential customers within the defined target markets and building networks
- Acquiring customers/projects and developing your own customer base
- Customer support and coordination of all customer-related issues with internal interfaces
- Contributing to the strategic development of the market segment within the global corporate group
- Sales and budget responsibility
- Participation in trade fairs and international sales meetings
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Several years of sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the packaging and storage of high-value products within the Military/Defence, Aerospace markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Enthusiasm for strategic market development and customer acquisition
- Understanding of customer benefits and solution-oriented approach, considering commercial and strategic aspects
- Initiative, willingness to shape, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Education: Completed studies in Industrial Engineering
