Your Tasks
- Support in analyzing and resolving errors in the production environment
- Leadership of production personnel (personnel development)
- Ensuring delivery performance and fulfillment of customer requirements
- Guaranteeing material availability and production resources
- Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Link and contact person between internal business processes
Your Profile
- Professional experience
- Completed technical training and/or studies or comparable qualification
- Many years of experience in production processes, ideally in the field of manufacturing passive optical and electrical components
- Strong communication skills, structured and analytical approach to work
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
