Your Responsibilities

• Administrative support for our national and international customers and distributors for complete order processing
• Entry of customer orders into the ERP system and advising customers in writing and by phone
• Internal coordination with colleagues from adjacent departments regarding delivery dates, availability, or technical questions
• Entrepreneurial action, sales, and active follow-up of quotations
• Maintenance of relevant project and customer data in CRM

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with initial professional experience
• Very good German skills and good English skills are desirable
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong coordination and communication skills
