About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join our client's team at a leading provider of innovative edge and cloud solutions for the media and entertainment industry. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI-Native) to join this organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to incrementally modernize platform components and refactor legacy code.
• Improve APIs, frontend, backend, and CI/CD; ensure observability and security from day one.
• Establish AI-assisted development guardrails and champion these practices across engineering teams.
• Create testing strategies that work with AI-generated code and prevent regressions.
• Evaluate new AI dev tools responsibly and help teams adopt them; accelerate delivery without adding tech debt.
• Run workshops and pair programming sessions showing teams how to use AI tools effectively.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams on technical decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack experience with production systems at scale.
• Strong API design and integrations, security fundamentals, testing, and CI/CD.
• Daily user of AI coding tools with clear guardrails.
• Ability to turn engineering standards into practice and mentor others by example.
• Clear communication and comfort working directly with product, design, and infrastructure.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, or Angular.
• Backend experience with Python (FastAPI), Node.js, OpenAPI/Swagger for auto-docs.
• Ops experience with version control, containerization, monitoring, and alerting tools.
• Incremental improvement mindset with zero tolerance for spaghetti code.
• Experience collaborating with multiple engineering teams and sharing knowledge effectively.
