Job Description

Welcome to the Operations and IT department, where R V bundles all customer-facing operations units and IT. The goal is to improve processes and technical conditions so that R V can process customer inquiries faster, more efficiently, and more digitally. Innovative technologies and our diverse system landscape offer opportunities for professional and personal development.

• Further development, implementation, operation, and documentation of security and compliance measures in Microsoft 365 with a focus on Defender XDR, Purview, and relevant security and compliance functions.
• You will design cross-departmental and cross-divisional security solutions, coordinate architectural decisions with relevant stakeholders, and ensure uniform security standards in the Microsoft 365 landscape in compliance with internal and external requirements such as DORA.
• Configuration, operation, and further development of Microsoft 365 security and compliance functions such as DLP, Information Protection, Conditional Access, and PIM, including policy management, role modeling, monitoring, and reporting.
• You will advise specialist departments on the introduction and optimization of Microsoft 365 security solutions, impart best practices, conduct training sessions, and provide well-founded, practical recommendations for action.
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of security assessments as well as structured identification and evaluation of IT risks, including risk analyses, derivation of effective measures, and automation of recurring tasks such as deployments, reporting, and authorization management.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, or an apprenticeship in the IT sector, or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
• You have solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365), understand the interrelationships between identity, access, data, and compliance, and work confidently with the relevant admin portals.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT security and consulting, ideally with a focus on Microsoft 365, including the implementation of security controls and support for transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5 security components in Entra ID as well as Defender, DR, Purview, Intune, including Conditional Access, Sensitivity Labels, and DLP policies.
• PowerShell knowledge and experience are desirable.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. B2-C1).
