RWE Supply & Trading is our connection to the world's energy markets. Headquartered in Essen, Germany, the company operates one of Europe's largest and most advanced energy trading floors. A diverse team of over 2,200 professionals from around 90 countries trades electricity, gas, commodities, and CO2 emission allowances. Your Responsibilities

• Identify automation potential and design solutions that optimise operational workflows
• Support the transition from existing UiPath-based processes to stable and scalable automation concepts
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability within SAP Business Partner processes
• Collaborate closely with your team to align on technical and functional requirements and drive innovation
• Apply process improvement approaches to establish standards and deliver real impact

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in an information technology, data science, business informatics or related field of study
• Strong motivation to learn and apply automation solutions
• First Python programming experience ideally related to RPA
• Good English skills, ideally supplemented by German
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for creative problem solving in an international workplace

Advantageous, but not essential:

• Experience using SAP systems or RPA tools such as UiPath
• Ability to leverage modern AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows
