Department Market Operations

The Market Operations department is responsible for operational credit processing and the management of risk-exposed loans. Our three teams—New Business Processing, Existing Business Processing, and Risk Consulting—ensure efficient and risk-aware loan management to maintain the stability and profitability of our credit portfolios.

We are seeking to strengthen our Existing Business Processing team with a Loan Underwriter in Existing Business Operations (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Processing predominantly standardized and system-supported transactions in existing loan business
• Responding to inquiries from our customers and cooperation partners
• Participating in quality assurance measures and contributing to the continuous improvement process within your area of responsibility
• Adhering to established processes, quality standards, service levels, and regulations

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the financial industry and practical knowledge of consumer lending
• Good user knowledge of market operations systems and basic knowledge of OSPlus
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player (m/f/d) with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• You enjoy working in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner, and you are eager to develop your career with us
