For our client, an international company in Schwabach, we are looking for a Financial Accountant/Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d) for immediate placement, either part-time or full-time (minimum 30 hours).

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent management of the accounting processes for our subsidiaries
  • Professional execution of accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, including account assignment and posting
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • Responsibility for fixed asset accounting
  • Participation in budget planning and calculations
  • Support in monthly operational reporting
  • Continuous optimization and automation of processes in accounting
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
  • Contact person for internal departments on balance sheet and tax-related issues
  • Support for commercial management

Your Profile

  • Training as a Financial Accountant or Tax Assistant (m/f/d), further training as a Balance Sheet Accountant (m/f/d) or comparable training/degree is welcome
  • Very good knowledge of German commercial and tax law
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, high affinity for numbers
  • Very good German language skills, English skills are an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working, high commitment, and enjoyment of teamwork
