Technischer Mitarbeiter für Kalkulationsabteilung (m/w/d)

Job Offer

We are looking to expand our team in Dresden or Chemnitz and are seeking a Technical Employee (m/f/d) for our Calculation Department as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing tender documents, creating project overviews, and tracking and incorporating client updates.
• You will work on preparing inquiry documents for subcontractors for bid acquisition and evaluating project-specific subcontractor bids.
• You will collaborate proactively with the calculation team and external partners.
• You will be responsible for the final compilation of submission documents for our bids and for submitting the bids to the client.
• You will maintain and update contact details for subcontractors.

Your Profile:

• You have completed vocational training in the construction sector or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have prior professional experience in calculation.
• You have knowledge of construction contract regulations and construction contract law.
• You are proficient in using relevant IT programs and have knowledge of the Vergabe- und Vertragsordnung für Bauleistungen Teil A (German Public Procurement and Contract Regulations Part A).
• You are highly self-motivated and accustomed to working independently and taking responsibility. At the same time, you are a team player who values communication and collaboration with colleagues.
