Role Summary

Drive the design and development of SAP (S/4HANA) processes for manufacturing execution, aligning technical solutions with business needs and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Build SAP S/4HANA processes integrating production planning, MES, PI Historian, and ATTP.
• Delivery & Integration: Lead fit-gap workshops, identify integration points, and ensure delivery within time and cost constraints.
• Compliance: Ensure solutions meet GxP, FDA, and internal control standards, including formal documentation and testing.
• Standardisation: Champion standard design processes to minimise customisation and enable cost-effective delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing execution, production planning, or MES.
• Industry: Experience in Pharma production (Drug Substance and/or Packaging) is required.
• Skills: Excellent SAP knowledge and fluent English (written/spoken).
• Desirable: Six Sigma, Project Management skills, and GMP knowledge.
