Ihre Aufgaben

• Development of a medium-term customer strategy (3-5 years) for our brand business and an annual customer plan in coordination with our corporate goals
• Creation and implementation of negotiation strategies, conducting annual meetings and strategic reviews
• Analysis of market and customer key figures, monitoring of KPIs, identification of opportunities and gaps
• Planning and implementation of promotions, optimization of distribution, and implementation of business development initiatives
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships at all customer levels
• Close cooperation with Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Management, and Supply Chain
• Taking on cross-functional projects in Sales

Ihr Profil

• Dynamic sales personality with a degree in economics and a good portion of entrepreneurial drive
• Experience in operational account management – ideally in the FMCG environment
• Strong customer orientation and analytical as well as conceptual strength
• Proven success in developing strategic customer plans
• Confident demeanor and security in leading demanding negotiations and sales talks
• High social competence and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience
• Fluent in German and English
