About the Role

As an Operation Support Manager (all genders), you are the link between the technical and commercial departments. You are the interface to the specialist areas and take over the associated administration of internal matters, including second-level support.

Detailed Tasks

• Coordination of notifications from monitoring
• Contact person for customers, stakeholders, service providers, and manufacturers
• Deployment planning and coordination of teams
• Deadline management and report creation
• Obtaining quotes, invoicing, and invoice verification
• Warehouse management

How You Shine With Us

• You have technical competence with economic understanding and possess a corresponding qualification.
• You gladly take responsibility for our customer base.
• Ideally, you already have experience in the field of photovoltaics.
• Communication is your middle name.
• A proactive, conscientious, and independent work style combined with reliability is a matter of course for you.
• Routine handling of the MS-365 package is no problem for you.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and ideally basic English skills.
