Ihre Aufgaben

Please note that this position is based in Munich and follows our hybrid working model. Relocation support is not offered. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to support the Vice President Europe/APAC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and developing new market opportunities. This role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills, strong analytical skills and a proven track record in international business development or sales. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical skills to evaluate international markets, build strategic partnerships, and execute data-driven expansion strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and strategies and translate them into Go-to-Market plans
  • Lead and support general strategic business development projects

Sales Process Optimization & Automation

  • Analyze existing sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Develop recommendations for optimizing sales processes and implementing automation to increase productivity
  • Analyze Salesforce to streamline sales processes and workflows

Data Management & Reporting

  • Implement best practices for data management and integrity to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and pipeline management
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Handle specific ad hoc analysis requests from top management

Sales Incentives & Performance Monitoring

  • Set up and monitor sales incentive systems

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in international business development or global sales
  • Proven ability to think strategically and analytically in dynamic, cross-cultural environments
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, paired with a self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
