Full-Time Lawyer - Focus on Civil and Commercial Law (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

Handling legal matters in collaboration with the Head of the Legal Department
Reviewing and drafting contracts in all areas of civil and commercial law
Managing cases in claims and insurance law, as well as IT law
Familiarizing yourself with compliance topics, especially product compliance
Providing legal advice within the company

Your Profile:

Fully qualified lawyer with two state examinations
Minimum of two years of professional experience in a law firm or a company's legal department
Enthusiasm for learning new areas of law
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams, as well as conflict resolution skills and high resilience
Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
