In direct permanent employment, we are looking for a full-time E-Commerce Clerk (m/f/d) in the Sigmaringen area for our future-oriented client. Ref. 45003

Responsibilities

Order processing for Amazon, including returns, billing, post-processing, cancellations, and B2R cases
Support in complaint and clarification management, as well as handling special logistics cases
Maintenance of master, article, and availability data in the ERP system
Execution of special and correction postings (e.g., refunds, retro claims)
Creation and maintenance of evaluations and reports
Assumption of general administrative tasks in the e-commerce environment

Requirements

Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or e-commerce clerk (m/f/d)
Initial experience in e-commerce, ideally in the Amazon marketplace environment
Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
Fluent German language skills (written and spoken), good English skills are an advantage
Team player with a structured and meticulous approach to work
