As a Senior Designer (m/f/d), you will work for a fixed term of two years in an interdisciplinary team, gaining insights into exciting projects with international clients from various industries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, well-thought-out visual and design concepts – from the initial idea and visual leitmotif to final implementation.
• Conceptualize and develop brandings and brand evolutions, confidently translating them into consistent visual systems.
• Think strategically about design: Recognize brand potential, make conscious design decisions, and develop long-term impactful design solutions.
• Create key visuals, campaign looks, and digital touchpoints for social media, websites, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with strategy and content teams, contributing your design perspective early in the process.
• Independently manage projects, including client coordination in German and English.
• Implement designs reliably and efficiently using Adobe Creative Cloud, maintaining focus on quality, brand logic, and details.

Your Profile:

• Strategic design understanding: You see design not just as aesthetically pleasing, but as meaningful – within the context of brand, target audience, and communication goals.
• Strong visual and conceptual skills: You easily generate image ideas, visual leitmotifs, and consistent design languages.
• Brand competence: You understand brands as holistic systems and can develop, evolve, and cleanly roll out brandings.
• Design expertise: You have a keen sense for typography, layout, color, and visual language – along with a high awareness of quality.
• Digital proficiency: You know how design works on Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. and how brands can remain visually relevant there.
• Experience: You have several years of professional experience (approx. 4-6+) in an agency or design department, along with a completed degree or apprenticeship in communication, graphic, or media design.
• Strong communication skills: You present yourself confidently to clients and within the team, communicating fluently in German and English.
• Motion graphics competence (a plus): Experience in video conception, storyboarding, and editing – e.g., for social media, campaigns, or brand content – is a significant advantage.
