What You'll Do

• We are looking for a talented front-end developer to join our skilled R&D team to evolve our proprietary engine for generating highly personalized advertising promotions. As part of an agile, cross-functional team, your objective is to develop an intuitive, extendable frontend for advertisers, our core customer group, to enable them to manage and evaluate promotion campaigns.
• This includes a modern UI based on a strong technical foundation to meet the high expectations of our customers in terms of robustness and responsiveness, as well as intuitive reporting features to visualize the outcome of our machine learning-optimized promotions.
• You will be given responsibility and autonomy on how best to achieve this objective and collaborate with a cross-functional team of software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and product managers who will support you. This role is crucial to help scale our vision of making marketing relevant and impactful!
• You will work in a fully remote setup but you will meet your colleagues in person in the company and engineering specific onsite events.

What You'll Bring Along

• 5 years of professional experience working on responsive and scalable front-end applications.
• You develop seamless web experiences that are clean, pragmatic, and forward-thinking.
• You can collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• You can debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
• You will improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• You are adept with TypeScript.
• You will develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using widely used front-end frameworks like React or Vue.

Great if you also have

• Experience with relevant testing frameworks (e.g. Vitest, Jest, Playwright).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deploying applications in cloud environments e.g. Azure DevOps.
• Experience building and running production systems.
