Hours: 20 hours/week Desired starting date: immediately Duration: at least 1 year (you must be enrolled for at least one more year at a recognised higher education institution and we ask you to indicate this when you apply)
How Your Role Will Look Like
- Support the Creative Studio in visual design tasks across different projects
- Assist in creating presentations, layouts, and visual assets
- Help adapt and maintain templates (PowerPoint, Figma, Canva)
- Support asset creation for internal communication, brand initiatives, and events
- Prepare and organize design files and documentation
- Assist with basic image editing, layout adjustments, and formatting
- Support the team in keeping brand guidelines consistent across materials
What You Need To Succeed
- Currently enrolled as a student in design, visual communication, media design, or a related field
- First experience with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and visual design principles
- Interest in branding and corporate design
- A structured, reliable, and curious mindset
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
- Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Availability to work up to 20 hours per week
- Willingness to work partially onsite in Berlin
Nice To Have
- Experience with PowerPoint or Canva
- Interest in AI tools for design (e.g. text-to-image, ideation tools)
- First experience with print layouts or production
