Ihr Profil

We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for effectively managing the software development process within the team. If you are passionate about Agile methodology, have experience working as a Scrum Master, and can effectively motivate the team to achieve project goals, join our team. • Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM)
• Ability to conduct effective Scrum meetings, sprint plannings, retrospectives, etc.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Ability to identify and solve team problems and remove obstacles
• Communication and collaboration skills within the team and with project stakeholders
• Higher education, preferably in computer science or project management-related fields
• Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication
