Customer Support Officer
About the Role
Wow, can you believe it? Tens of millions of people around the world are investing through an app, and that number keeps growing every day. More and more people want control over their money: fast, safe, and independent. Luckily, this international player knows exactly how to make that happen.
With the right strategy, this company is quickly taking over Europe. Now it's Germany's turn. They are building top notch tech, smooth and user friendly interfaces, and a customer service team that really delivers. And you? You will be part of that growth from day one. Not just as another employee, but as the link between clients and the platform.
What You'll Do
You will be the first point of contact for clients in Germany. Not from a call center full of scripts and phone menus, but as a hands-on colleague who genuinely helps. You will answer questions about accounts, deposits, and the platform, via email, phone, or chat. Whether it's a verification that's stuck or a client finding their way around the platform, you handle it quickly, clearly, and politely.
You guide clients through onboarding and make sure all KYC information is correct. You keep everything neat and tidy, so the company meets all audit and compliance requirements. Got a technical issue? You'll escalate it to the right team straight away. You think ahead, spot improvement opportunities, and help make the overall service even better. Notice something suspicious? You flag it to the risk or compliance team.
