Senior ServiceNow Consultant mit Führungsverantwortung (m/w/d)
Your Responsibilities as Senior ServiceNow Consultant with Leadership Responsibility (m/f/d):
As a team leader and senior consultant (m/f/d) for ServiceNow, you will shape sustainable service processes and lead a dedicated team of ServiceNow consultants.
- Strategy Development and Process Design: Formulation and implementation of long-term service strategies, as well as the design and implementation of service processes in ServiceNow.
- Team Development and Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing team of ServiceNow consultants for the successful realization of service projects.
- Service Architecture and Integration: Taking on the role of service architect (m/f/d) to coordinate and integrate service applications, for example, by connecting ServiceNow with SAP and/or Salesforce.
- Networking of Business Departments: Promoting exchange and collaboration with the SAP and Salesforce business units.
- Development of New Consulting Approaches: Developing innovative concepts for future service projects.
- Customer Relationship Management: Supporting the development of new customer connections and the advancement of existing partnerships.
What You Bring as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with Leadership Responsibility (m/f/d):
- A completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- At least three years of experience in consulting with ServiceNow, ideally with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) or Field Service Management (FSM).
- Initial knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce or similar customer service software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, a high degree of personal responsibility, and the ability to lead a team trustworthily and responsibly.
- High self-motivation, analytical thinking, confident demeanor, and convincing presentation skills.
- Results-oriented approach and a strong quality awareness in implementing service solutions for our customers.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.
