Your creative field
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Channel Sales Manager (all genders) to start as soon as possible, ideally in Hamburg or remote in Germany.
In this key role, you will build and scale a high-impact partner ecosystem that drives sustainable revenue growth. You as a Channel Sales Manager will be the interface between SECJUR and our partners, you translate our value proposition into strong business plans and scalable growth. Main Tasks:
- In your new role, you build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
- You develop and implement a partner program that builds the basis for a sustainable ecosystem of Co-Sell Partners, Resellers and Consulting Partners.
- As growth hacker, you understand partners as our scale engine and drive the entire partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding and expansion of partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- You are the key interface between SECJUR and our partners developing and executing go-to-market strategies, integrating those into the partner's business plans, communicating and aligning product roadmaps and building a strong mutual business.
- As an experienced revenue enthusiast, you are able to implement co-sell, resell and affiliate (referral) models, build solid partner business plans and are continuously monitoring and analyzing partner performance to ensure targets are met as well as areas for improvement are identified.
Your profile
- You have a track record of building, developing and managing key partners in the B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) industry with proven revenue impact.
- You demonstrated the ability to manage partner performance by creating and executing effective partner marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and managing partner pipeline and forecast.
- A deep understanding of industry and market trends, reseller ecosystems, partner business models and -economics
- You are a self-starter and are able to build structures where needed as well as enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- While encouraging diverse and heterogeneous teams, you push yourself, your colleagues and your partner's stakeholders to achieve the best results.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English
