For a multinational fast-growing company, a leader in designing, producing, and commercializing industrial transformers, we are searching for a:
Mission:
Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, you will ensure the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure turnover and margin through effective implementation of the sales plan.
- Responsible for managing the relationship between the company and customers to gain competitive advantages.
- Provide guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director.
- Define budget and target priorities, ensure periodic sales monitoring, control, and forecasting.
- Identify and qualify new customers and propose organizational development for business opportunities.
- Recognize and implement the most commercially viable solutions for accounts.
- Develop thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector to develop relationships and opportunities.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience in electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears).
- Proven history of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence.
- Good market knowledge.
