Sales Manager Germany

For a multinational fast-growing company, a leader in designing, producing, and commercializing industrial transformers, we are searching for a:

Mission:

Reporting to the Sales Director Germany, you will ensure the management and development of the business in Germany for medium and low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure turnover and margin through effective implementation of the sales plan.
  • Responsible for managing the relationship between the company and customers to gain competitive advantages.
  • Provide guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director.
  • Define budget and target priorities, ensure periodic sales monitoring, control, and forecasting.
  • Identify and qualify new customers and propose organizational development for business opportunities.
  • Recognize and implement the most commercially viable solutions for accounts.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector to develop relationships and opportunities.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Business or Engineering Degree, MBA is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of experience in electric manufacturing companies (transformers, control panels, power stations, switchgears).
  • Proven history of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence.
  • Good market knowledge.
