Stellenbeschreibung
Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for the entire enterprise architecture and its continuous development.
- Ensuring harmonious integration of business applications, custom software, and data flows.
- Providing technical leadership, coaching, and development for domain, system, and solution architects.
- Moderating the Architecture Community and fostering a shared architectural vision.
- Developing guidelines, standards, and guardrails for the hybrid system landscape comprising SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
- Defining integration and API standards, and deriving specifications for system decoupling.
- Analyzing the existing application landscape, identifying weaknesses, and conducting gap analyses.
- Deriving measures for the continuous modernization and optimization of the application portfolio.
- Developing a company-wide data strategy and designing modern data architectures such as Data Lake or Data Mesh.
- Defining global standards for business and software architectures, including modern development paradigms like cloud-native approaches and microservices.
- Translating business strategies into a viable digital target architecture and advising top management on technological decisions.
Requirements
Must have:
- Successfully completed studies in Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- In-depth experience in designing and further developing complex enterprise architectures, ideally with a strong SAP focus.
- Mastery of established architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and pragmatic application in agile organizations.
- Profound understanding of data modeling, data flows, and modern BI, Analytics, and data platforms (e.g., Data Lake, Data Mesh).
- Ability to mediate between SAP processes, agile software development, and business stakeholders.
- Distinct leadership mindset and enjoyment of coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at all levels.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
