Job Profile

  • 1st and 2nd level IT support in the Service Desk or IT Helpdesk (up to 80% home office possible).
  • Remote error analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Documentation of inquiries in the ticket system.
  • Forwarding of tickets according to agreed SLAs.
  • Maintenance of system data and knowledge base.

Skills

  • Practical experience in IT support and use of ticket systems.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, standard hardware.
  • Installation/administration of client operating systems.
