Your Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Engineering Lead -- SaaS Infrastructure (m/f/d) to drive the technical direction and team leadership of our cloud-native SaaS platform. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of engineers to build scalable, secure, and reliable backend systems powered by Go and AWS.

• Be instrumental in shaping the architecture of our SaaS solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence.
• Foster a DevOps mindset across the team.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Security to ensure our technology not only meets today's needs but is also built to scale for the future.

What You'll Bring

• You are a hands-on engineering leader.
• You have deep experience in backend development.
• You possess strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure.
• You have experience running high-availability platforms in production.

Location & Flexibility

We offer flexibility in how and where you work:

• This position can be filled on-site, hybrid, or full-remote.
• For remote work, you can be based in Germany or specific European countries where Shopware is registered.
• Your work location will be formally agreed upon and will be part of your employment contract.
• This role is designated as Remote.
