Business Process Manager (d/m/w) for AIRBUS

As a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, and in partnership with AIRBUS Operations, SimpleXX GmbH is looking for a Business Process Manager for the Fuhlsbüttel location, starting as soon as possible, with the option of permanent employment. You will be responsible for supporting ongoing Satair projects and initiatives, as well as actively managing the development and provision of business processes and requirements. Your Tasks:

  • Support ongoing Satair projects and initiatives affecting Satair management systems and monitoring activities, e.g., the current Material Management Industrialisation Platform (MMIP).
  • Actively manage the development and provision of business processes and requirements.
  • Support activities related to the documentation of the Satair corporate management system.
  • Participate in internal reporting, including the development and maintenance of performance dashboards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods, tools, and processes.
  • Contribute to the introduction and maintenance of the corporate management system at all global locations.
  • Process documentation and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and formal documentation of business processes in key corporate repositories, such as the AIRBUS Business Management System (BMS) and the SATAIR Corporate Management System (CMS).

We Are Looking For:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Quality, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in process improvement, quality management, and supply chain/logistics.
  • Knowledge in change management, project management, and process management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Diplomatic skill and openness, ability to build successful relationships across functions and with all stakeholders.
  • Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage.
  • Tools: Python, SAP, Google Workspace.
