You will be responsible for carrying out AIT planning activities for spacecraft production Friedrichshafen at the project level. You will also be responsible for supporting the AIT Manager and the Project PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans at the project level. The following tasks await you:

  • Carrying out AIT planning activities for spacecraft production Friedrichshafen at the project level
  • Supporting the AIT Manager and the Project PMO team in creating and maintaining detailed production plans at the project level
  • Proactively obtaining input from all project stakeholders and maintaining the AIT plan accordingly
  • Performing schedule analyses and providing suitable recommendations to the AIT Manager and the PMO team (e.g., regarding critical paths, resource utilization, etc.)
  • Supporting the implementation of new integrated planning processes in coordination with local stakeholders (Master Production Scheduler) and ensuring compliance within the project
  • Building and maintaining working relationships between stakeholders in the functions, the project, and the PMO
  • Preparing and maintaining project AIT plans according to project input

We are looking for:

  • A completed degree in engineering, aerospace, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in manufacturing/production, as well as production planning and control
  • Knowledge in the use of planning processes and tools in the defense and space sector for spacecraft production, as well as in managing complex multidisciplinary production plans
  • Experience in dealing with resistance and conflicts
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Tools: MS Project
