You will be responsible for leading multifunctional teams (MFT) and for the partial program management of a work package. Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading multifunctional teams (MFT)
  • Partial program management for a work package
  • Tracking the on-time production of components within the MFTs

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in aerospace, project leadership, project management, change management, process management, risk management, and total quality management
  • Strong team and communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, resilience, organizational talent, flexibility, perseverance, and persistence, as well as an independent, structured, proactive, results-oriented, and accurate work style
  • Fluent German and proficient English skills
  • Tools: SAP, MS Office
