You will act as a central point of contact at national and international levels between quality assurance, manufacturing, and multi-functional teams. You will also be responsible for participating in national and international improvement and prevention projects to enhance quality processes, product and aircraft quality, and customer satisfaction. Your Tasks:

• Central point of contact at national and international levels between quality assurance, manufacturing, and multi-functional teams
• Participation in national and international improvement and prevention projects to enhance quality processes, product and aircraft quality, and customer satisfaction
• Development of concepts and quality guidelines for process optimization
• Planning and execution of continuous improvements and prevention measures, including decision-making
• Analysis of extensive quality problems and customer complaints, as well as definition of immediate actions and monitoring of their effectiveness
• Support of the qualification and authorization process for personnel

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in aircraft construction, aerospace, quality management, and quality assurance
• Knowledge in project management and Total Quality Management
• Fluent German and proficient English skills
• Tools: SAP, Google Workspace
