As a long-standing specialist and personnel supplier for the aerospace industry, and in partnership with AIRBUS Operations, SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a Sales Contract Manager for the Finkenwerder location as soon as possible, with the option of permanent employment. Your responsibilities will include managing legal risks in aircraft deliveries and understanding and managing purchase agreements for aircraft sales. Your Future Responsibilities Include:
- Managing legal risks in aircraft deliveries
- Understanding and managing purchase agreements for aircraft sales with a focus on deliveries
- Contributing to Airbus's financial objectives
- Managing global customer and financial partner relationships
- Securing deliveries and managing exceptions (e.g., delays, payment defaults)
- Coordinating the completion of deliveries and ownership transfer to the customer
- Preparing commercial and legal documentation for aircraft financing
- Calculating final prices, invoicing, and monitoring payments
- Representing Airbus at official and social customer events
We Are Looking For:
- A completed degree in Law, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in purchasing, customer service, sales, contract management, with Airbus experience being an advantage
- Knowledge of project management
- The ability to connect specialist departments and companies worldwide, communicate at all levels, and analyze relationships and processes
- Structured and results-oriented work approach with adherence to deadlines
- Fluent English language skills; German language skills are an advantage
- Tools: MS Excel, MS Word, SAP / R3, Google Workspace
