This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) Sales & Order Administration to join our team at Diehl, a global partner in the aviation industry, located in Überlingen. SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a motivated individual for a position with a potential for permanent placement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Manage and oversee international customer accounts and orders within Sales & Order Management.
  • Order Processing: Handle the complete order processing for standard series devices and new series ramp-ups.
  • Sales Administration: Prepare quotations, maintain master data, and process/verify customer orders.
  • Demand Planning: Plan end-device requirements based on customer orders and forecasts.
  • Logistics & Billing: Create delivery notes, issue invoices, and track delivery performance.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the documentation, optimization, and development of existing process and system workflows.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as the interface between customers and internal departments for escalations and complaints.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or comparable qualification.
    • Proven experience in commercial administration, project management, customer service, customer support, aviation, and order processing.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
    • Structured, independent work ethic with high motivation and assertiveness.
    • Fluent German and proficient English language skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, SAP/MM-SD, and S/4 HANA.
